I'll Try To Be Healthy

1. I always exercise every Sunday morning, for it can make me fresh and healthy.
2. I usually jog, sit up, and aerobic gymnastic in FIK UNNES.
3. I do not swim, nor do I play badminton.
4. Exercise is one factor in how I am healthy, but it is useless without eat the balance food.
5. Therefore, I should eat the balance food, or I should consumpt enough nutrition from food that appropriate with my daily nutrition which I need everyday.
6. I do not like seafood, yet my doctor suggest me to eat seafood in order to make people who have the kind of blood AB+/- like me always have normal blood pressure.
7. The doctor also say that  with enough sleep can make my skin fresh, so I always try to sleep enough everyday in order to have healthy inside in my body, fresh outside in my beauty skin.
