As we know that rain is always come everyday now, so we have to look out and keep our health from Dengue Fever. It’s very important to know How to Prevent the Dengue Fever in our Environment.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dengue fever is an acute febrile disease caused by the dengue virus , which enters the human bloodstream by mosquitoes of the genus Aedes , such as Aedes aegypti or Aedes albopictus . There are four different types of dengue virus , but close related , which can cause dengue fever . The fourth is the DEN virus - 1 , DEN - 2 , DEN - 3 , and DEN - 4 . Dengue virus is a virus of the genus Flavivirus , family Flaviviridae .
The World Health Organization ( WHO ) estimates that each year there are 50-100 million cases of dengue virus infection worldwide . Dengue fever is found in tropical and subtropical regions around the world , and widely spread in many countries in Southeast Asia , including in Indonesia , especially in the humid rainy season . These four types of dengue virus , each of which can cause dengue fever , whether mild or fatal . Because we live in tropical Indonesia and has a long rainy season as it is today , we must guard against dengue virus.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I also will tell you about the modes of transmission of dengue fever.
Dengue fever is transmitted to humans through the bite of the female Aedes mosquito infected with dengue virus . This disease can not be spread directly from person to orang.Virus dengue can enter the human body through the bite of the carrier vector , the mosquito of the genus Aedes aegypti and Aedes such as Aedes albopictus . Vector Aedes aegypti is the most common cause of this disease . Mosquitoes can carry the dengue virus after sucking the blood of persons who have been infected with the virus. After the incubation period of the virus in mosquitoes for 8-10 days , an infected mosquito can transmit dengue virus to healthy humans bitten . Female mosquitoes can also spread the dengue virus is carried to offspring via the egg ( transovarial ) .
Simply, children who are sick with dengue fever in the blood containing the virus . When a child is bitten by the mosquito Aedes aegypti join germs are sucked into the mosquito 's body . And if mosquitoes are biting another child ( healthy children ) , then the child will be able to catch this disease.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
The most important part of my speech is how to prevent dengue fever. This disease is very dangerous and requires a maximum prevention efforts . Why must do prevention ?
First , we need to know that there is no specific treatment for dengue fever . The drugs were given to patients with dengue fever only to relieve fever and pain alone . When infected with dengue virus , the patient should be treated immediately , and especially guarded the amount of fluid the body . With proper care and promptly , the mortality rate did not reach 1 % .
Second , at present, no vaccine available for dengue fever .
Therefore , prevention is the best way to save from dengue fever . The best preventive measure is to eliminate stagnant water that could become mosquito breeding and avoiding mosquito bites .
The following general steps to prevent mosquito-borne diseases:
Dengue fever can be prevented by eradicating mosquitoes dengue fever ( Aedes Aegypi ) by way of PSN ( Mosquito Nest Cleaning ) This effort is the best way , potent , cheap , easy and can be done by the community , in the following manner :
1 . Wear long-sleeved clothing and long pants , and use mosquito repellent containing DEET on the body that are not protected .
2 . Use wire or mosquito netting in the room was not air conditioned .
3 . Put the mosquito coil or mosquito repellent liquid / electricity in place through which the mosquitoes , such as windows , to avoid mosquito bites .
4 . Clean (drain ) water storage ( such as : bath / WC , drums , etc. ) at least once a week . Replace water in flower vases , drinking cups, bird , ant traps , etc. at least once a week .
5 . Prevent the emergence of a pool of water , keeping the water channels that are not blocked , and Atakan soil surface to prevent waterlogging .
6 . Cover tightly water reservoirs , as tampayan , drums , etc. so that mosquitoes can not enter and multiply in places that
7 . Grave or cast in place used goods , such as tin cans , old tires , broken bottles , and others that can collect rain water , so as not to become a breeding ground for mosquitoes . Pieces of bamboo , coconut shell , etc. that were burned with other trash
8 . Cover the holes in the fence bamboo fence with soil or cement mortar
9 . Fold clothes / fabric hanging in the room so that mosquitoes do not perch there
10 . For water spots that are impossible or difficult drained , sprinkle powdered ABATE into the puddle to kill mosquito larva . Repeat this every 2-3 months
ABATE powder dose usage is as follows : For 10 liters of water with 1 gram of powder enough ABATE
Once affixed ABATE then :
1 . During the 3 months ABATE powder in the water to kill larvae of Aedes aegypti able
2 . During the three months when the water reservoir will be cleaned / replaced the water , should not brush the inside wall of the water reservoirs
3 . ABATE of water that has been spiked with the right dosage , do no harm and remain safe when the water is drunk

Ladies and Gentlemen,
So that I can say. I hope what I say can be useful for ladies and gentlemen. Once again I emphasize, that dengue fever is very dangerous to our health, especially in the rainy season because there is no vaccine for dengue fever. So I invited the audience to perform all preventive measures I mentioned above in order to break the chain of life that mosquitoes infected with dengue virus is not in our environment. Convey also preventive measures was to everyone around us. Let us protect ourselves, our families, our relatives, and our girlfriends from dengue fever danger.

STOP DENGUE FEVER!!!
That’s all I can say to you all. Please forgive me if I had mistakes on my speech words. Thank you for your attention.
